We also order advanced imaging such as MRI or CT scans, refer to Physical Therapy/Chiropractic, order more advanced procedures such as spinal injections and orthopedic/spine surgical intervention if needed.
We specialize in treating Migraines, Headaches, Neck and Back Pain, Jaw Pain, Arthritis, Bursitis, Fibromyalgia, and other orthopedic and pain conditions.
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans as well as Auto-Accident Insurance, Worker's Compensation and HSA/FSA Payment. Please contact our office to confirm your coverage or contact your insurance provider for in-network information. There are some services that are not covered by insurance that may be at out-of-pocket costs.

We provide non-surgical and minimally invasive options at clinic including Shockwave Thearpy, Steroid Injections, PrP injections, Nerve Blocks. We may order more advanced procedures such as spinal procedures to be done outside of clinic with an interventional physician. If surgery is a needed option we work with getting you to a surgeon that will match your needs the best, and we follow you through that journey to make sure you are receiving the care you need.
Our clinic does not perform surgery. However, we provide the workup, diagnosis and conservative treatment, and refer for surgical consultation if necessary. Sometimes we are able to rid of or delay your need for surgery with certain interventions. However, if surgery is really the next needed step, we match you with local surgeons that we feel may fit best with your needs. We do not have any specific in-house referrals in which we need to adhere by, so we choose physicians based on outcomes, time-line, and bed-side-manner/personality preferences to make sure your surgical plan is comfortable, and you build trust with your surgeon. We also help with finding second opinion options.
